You can reach us by phone at (423) 510-0410, by email at ensign@ensignlegal.com, or visit us in person at 6111 Shallowford Rd, Suite 105, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We close for lunch everyday from 12:30pm-1:30pm.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other standard forms of payment. Please note that for transactions involving credit/debit cards there is a card processing fee.
Do You Accept Walk-Ins?
No, appointments must be scheduled in advance. To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (423) 510-0410.
Do I really need an attorney for a real estate closing?
While not always legally required, having an attorney involved in your closing protects your interests in ways a title company alone cannot. With the Ensign Team, you get both the title company and title attorney. This is especially important for complex closings involving probate, foreclosure, or disputed ownership.
Where are you licensed to practice?
We practice in East Tennessee and North Georgia, and are licensed for those states. If you wish to handle a matter outside of those two states, you will need to seek a professional licensed to practice in your state.
What is a Quiet Title Action? Do I need one?
A quiet title action is a legal process used to establish clear ownership of a property, particularly when there’s a “cloud” on the title (such as after a back tax sale).
