Ensign Team
Peter Ensign handles a wide variety of cases (some of which are listed on our Services webpage). For you, this means that he can help weed through the tangles of complex situations to structure an understandable game plan. His support staff are energetic, empathetic, and eager to assist clients. The Ensign Team appreciates the opportunity to assist those in our community to resolve both legal and real estate matters. We are consistently highly reviewed, referred, and recommended in our community.
We do not practice criminal or family law, nor do we accept workers’ compensation, tenant-landlord disputes, or medical malpractice claims. Our focus is general civil litigation, real estate law, and real estate transactions. While we never guarantee results, we do guarantee that we will do our best to understand your situation and help you reach a resolution.

Peter Ensign
Peter is a native Chattanoogan and a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After receiving his juris doctorate from the University of Cincinnati in 1995, he returned to his hometown to practice law. Outside of the office, Peter enjoys traveling with his wife, playing sports, and cooking delicious meals for family and friends.
Jeremy Williams
Jeremy entered the real estate industry in 2011. He carved a sterling reputation for himself as being attentive, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. People often remember Jeremy for going out of his way to close difficult transactions. Jeremy is native to the Chattanooga area. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Erika Ensign
Erika graduated from Scarlet Oaks Career Campus with an emphasis on Accounting and Office Management Procedures. After graduation, Erika entered the legal profession as a legal assistant at a law firm in Cincinnati. There she met her husband, Peter. She now serves in a managerial role for the Ensign Team handling the day-to-day running of the office. In her personal time, Erika enjoys adventuring with her husband, meeting new people, and weight lifting.
MacKenna “Mack” Ensign
Mack manages a portfolio of rental properties, including multi-family and Section-8 rental homes. Her dynamic energy lends itself to creative problem solving while her kind nature promotes peace between tenants and landlords. She is frequently out of the office, working on-site at various rental properties. When in the office, she is a cheerful presence for clients who are greeted by her smiling face. In her free time, Mack enjoys visiting local car shows, experimenting with new hair colors, and spending time in nature.
Taylor Ensign-Reagan
After receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2017, Taylor began working as a paralegal for her father, Peter. She assists with all manner of legal cases and is a good place to start when reaching out to the Ensign Team. In her free time, Taylor enjoys tackling DIY projects and spending time with her family.
Wendy Pratt
Wendy Pratt boasts the longest uninterrupted tenor of any employee with the Ensign Team. She joined Ensign Title in 1998. Her exceptional work ethic and drive to succeed have made her an essential member of the team. Over the years Wendy has honed many skills. Currently, Wendy primarily handles probate cases. Clients appreciate Wendy’s clear communication skills and professionalism. Wendy is known to be extremely organized. Besides being known for her organizational skills, Wendy is also known for her kindness and sincerity. She enjoys gardening and traveling with her husband.
Peter Ensign II
Throughout his childhood Peter assisted with the family business. While his primary focus is his work as a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee, he frequently supports the Ensign Team with matters relevant to title transfers. He is an avid student of the trade and pursues continuing education through NAR, GCAR, and other available courses. When he is not in the office, Peter loves exploring his local community, as well as listening to and recording music.
